Description:
• PHP Developers are important actors in our delivery process. Here's what we expect them to do:
• Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion.
• Join with development team to build complex e-Commerce solutions in which well-engineered code that conforms to accepted standards within the PHP community, and to test web applications.
• Responsibility in deployment as well as maintenance of the product on client’s site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, technical leads, and other internal team members, as well as outside stakeholders within the project scope. Developers are active in sharing knowledge across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Developers are instrumental in helping our team to become more productive.
• Set an example through strong quality assurance practices in your day to day work.

• Desired candidates with required skills
• At least 1-year experience of PHP and MySQL programming.
• Solid experience and background in PHP frameworks (such as Zend Framework). Architecture and plugin and module development.
• Experienced HTML, CSS, jQuery, OOP and JavaScript.
• Experienced with Source Control: SVN or CVS.
• Ability to implement projects from well defined requirements and specifications
• Good understanding of cross-platform and cross browser issues
• Ability to work without directs supervision and effective teamwork.
• Good communication skills
• Effectively in English reading-writing-speaking.
• Experiences optional:
• Having knowledge with WordPress, Joomla, Silver Stripe, Yii frameworks.
• Experience of developing and maintaining e-Commerce solutions, especially Magento is HIGHLY recognized.
• Basic Flash experience
• Experience with scalability issues and high performance web sites. Many of our sites need to scale to handle massive amounts of traffic.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
