Job title : Technology Development CAD Engineer
Job Description :
Developing technology CAD in the advanced technology nodes of 65nm and below geometries. Responsibilities include:
(1) CAD tool and flow development
(2) DRC and LVS decks,
(3) device symbol libraries for schematic creation,
(4) working with foundry partners to create and release PDK,
(5) Test-line layout PCell development (devil) working with cross-functional teams to solidify and improve the design environments.
Job Requirements :
B. S. or M. S.
Experiences with programming languages Perl/Python/C/C++/Java is a plus
Experiences with EDA tools and Unix/Linux is a plus
Experiences with CMOS device layout and construction is a plus
Fluent in coding DRC and LVS with both platforms Calibre and Assura is a plus
Hand-on experience with and deep understanding of advance technology nodes (<65nm) PDK is a plus
