Job descriptions
_ Audit the process compliance of various projects in accordance with defined Quality Process Management system :
o Report the non-conformity, issues or detected defects in process compliance audit/product review, follow and track correction plan till closure.
_ Audit the products/services developed or delivered by FSOFT to ensure their fit-for-purpose and satisfaction of organization requirements in accordance with management system such as:
o Conduct final inspection for deliverables based on defined final inspection checklist.
o Report the issues or detected defects in product verification to higher level of QA/QA Lead/QA Manager and Project Manager/Senior Manager, follow and track correction plan till closure.
o Together with QA Lead to make the "Pass/Fail" judgment after reviewing final inspection for the quality of deliverables.
_ Together with QA Lead to specify measurement & analysis objectives to measure the performance of projects.
_ Work under supervision across various projects with team size range from 30 to 50 members in peak time.
Job qualifications
_ Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Quality Management or Process Management major.
_ Have a good Quality mindset.
_ Fluently English writing and speaking; be competent in reading guidelines and making reports in English.
_ Very careful and Detail-oriented.
_ Good in communication, team work, be able to communicate coherently and persuasively.
_ Flexible and Patience be able to work in different contexts.
_ High Sense of responsibility, can work under pressure.
_ Knowledge in ISO, CMMI and other quality frameworks is preferred.
_ Knowledge in Agile/SCRUM is preferred.
