[Global Cybersoft] Looking for 3 IT System Engineers

01 Junior IT System Engineer:

Requirements:
• Have experienced in installing and assemble PCs.
• Hold at least one of certificates: MCSA, VMWare, Linux LPI or CCNA.
• Knowledge in Electricity and Electronics.
• English Proficiency is a plus.

Duties:
• Help desk, Q&A, hardware & software installation support, etc.
• Solve user issues.
• Comply with defined security policies.


02 IT System Engineers:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in System administration
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP protocol suite.
• At least 2 MCPs.
• Linux LPI 1&2 certificates.
• Friendly, Helpful & resourceful.
• Good communication skill.
• English Proficiency is a plus.

Duties:

• Supervise and administer company communication network.
• Ensure correct tracking of user problems and provide prompt responses to these problems.
• Solve user problems as instructed by IT manager/division manager/directors.
