Internship:
o Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript
o Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming and familiarity with one OOP language
o Knowledge of database design, ability to work with one DBMS: MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
Fresher:
o Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge
o Experience in designing and building web applications using MVC frameworks (especially Ruby on Rails) is a plus
o Familiarity with using Javascript frameworks (AngularJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, etc) is an advantage
