· Participate in requirements analysis

· Revise, update, refactor and debug code

JOB REQUIREMENT


· C#, ASP.NET programming for at least 2 year

· Solution architect and system design for 2-4 years

· Networking / System Knowledge is preferred

· Logistics / Express / Retail / E-commerce experience is preferred

· Project Management and Risk Management skills are preferred

· Good communication skills, in English and Vietnamese

· Good leadership is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION


* Strictly abide by the rules, guidelines and policies of the company. At the same time, be liable for the accuracy and truthfulness of 100% of the data analysis report.
* Advising and commenting to GD in the field of organizational administration, professional specialties, and operating activities of department following developed directions of the company.
* Coordinating with the departments and subsidiaries to make budget, quarterly and annually efficiency and advising GD. Regularly monitoring the actual performance of targets in budget plan on actual situation, disadvantages and advantages of process.
* Analyzing and evaluating the financial situation of the Company to identify the strengths and weaknesses. Analyzing the financial index, financial statements, reports on the performance and budget plans that have been approved by Board of Directors. Evaluating programs and activities on the Company's financial aspects, making the proposal changes to establish, monitor and improve financial control activities.
* Advising GD for decisions on expenditures, investment, financial affairs, etc., during each phase of enterprise's development and expansion.
* Proposing corrective measures or appropriate treatment options to improve administrative activities of the team and the department.
* Solving explicitly and thoroughly reports and recommendations arising that are daily received. Supporting and cooperating with other departments in the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS


* University graduate or above major in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* At least 5-year experiences in Accounting and Financial fields with a minimum of the last three years working as a Financial Controller, Chief Accountant or equivalent position.
* Knowledge of Vietnamese laws relating to taxes, business and accounting; familiarity with tax treaties with other countries an advantage.
* Good computer skills; able to use several accounting software packages as well as the programs of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication in both oral and written English and Vietnamese.
* Ability to assess, analyze and advise on the financial situation of the business. Evaluate the investment potential, profitability and return on investment of the company.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
* Strong communication and people management skill.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Holder of ACCA, CPA is preferred
