Mô tả công việc:
- Co-ordinate and liaise with business users on system requirements gathering, documentation and software evaluation
- Coordinate with regional team for business application modification as per users requirements
- Ensure data correction, issues/errors resolved reported by users
- Follow the processes and procedures to perform technical configuration, system testing, system update
- Work closely with business users to troubleshoot business systems
- Work closely with the regional database service team in maintaining databases and application systems
- Support for data reporting, data troubleshooting
- System admin including account creation / deletion / modification / and issue handling
- Provide business applications support to ensure proper/standard process
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or IT related fields (prefer Information System/Database)
- Good communication skill in English
- Able to work independently
- Coordination skills
- Detail oriented, analytical
Lương: 8-10 triệu, tham gia các hoạt động của công ty, phép năm hưởng lương, bảo hiểm sức khỏe....
