Essential to have:
- Be passionate about software development
- C#.NET 4.0/4.5 (especially ASP.NET Web API 2 and ASP.NET MVC 5)
- Entity Framework 6
- SQL Server 2012 (or above)
- Object-oriented design, dependency injection, design patterns
- Web development skills (e.g HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery)
- Ability to analyze requirements
- Ability of self-learning
