MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Supervise and maintain the stability of the whole IT system in Fusion Corp.
To be on duty at the phone and record all requests from guests/staff to support hardware,
software tasks as well as other peripheral devices.
To install/ maintain and configure all computer system and peripheral devices in accordance
with the requirements of Management Company.
To diagnose and repair software and hardware computer incidents.
To supervise and maintain the virus system – make plans to prevent viruses, update the patches for
computers in the hotel.
To supervise and maintain the stability of the whole Internet and System in Fusion Corp. To
ensure the system works 24/7, including the following items:
o Manage all servers in Fusion Corp, maintain their stability. Make daily/monthly follow-up
schedule and make an annual plan of maintenance.
o Manage all firewall, router, switch, update the new firmware version.
o To supervise all communication lines, report to Group IT Manager whenever an incident
happens.
o To supervise and maintain the stability of the backup and recovery systems in the hotel.
o To make a list of data that needs to be backed-up. To ensure the data is safely backed-up
o To plan to restore files after the backup test in order to ensure integrity.
o To make a plan to restore data after the catastrophe and a backup plan.
o To supervise and maintain the stability of the fixed IT asset management system/ IT
inventories.
o To supervise and maintain the stability of the system connecting to a banking system, other
software for accounting.
Support Group IT Manager in compiling technical documentation, process, procedures,
directing and disseminating to staff.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Vietnamese
Technical IT degree such as MCSA & CCNA
Basic knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, hardware and Microsoft products (All-around in IT)
Basic knowledge about security: Firewall & Antivirus centralize system
Basic knowledge about virtualization such as VMware & Hyper-V system
Demonstrated knowledge of IT and networks environments
Demonstrates proactive, self-directed behavior
Ability to travel 5% of the time
