Skills and Experience

Must have
  • 1+ years minimum experience working with Laravel and other MVC PHP frameworks
  • Experience building Wordpress sites
  • In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming
  • Knowledge of relational database management systems, SQL
  • RESTful API design and development
  • Familiarity with Source version control (Git)
  • Standardized Coding
  • Being good at self-learning, willing to learn about new techs
Nice to have
  • Experience working with WooCommerce, Magento, and other CMS/Ecommerce platforms
  • Well-versed in building Wordpress themes
  • Experience with JavaScript front-end web application frameworks (like Angular, React)
  • Writing and deploying PHP applications using modern tools
  • LESS or SASS experience
  • Have interest in new web technologies such as PWA, AMP, Service worker, ...
Responsibilities
  • Front-end development of Wordpress sites leveraging JSON and web application frameworks
  • Back-end development of WordPress sites to create and customize PHP themes/plugins
  • Javascript development of client-side web based applications and interactive UI functionality
