Dear all,
I am currently looking for 1 position IT HELPDESK to work for a company about Food processing and Packaging solutions located in HCMC.
Detail information as following:
1. JD:
+ Handle incidents and requests as per defined processes and SLA;
+ Reinstall and refresh computer clients as per defined processes;
+ Weekly report potential problems to Problems Management;
+ Project participation and implementation of global projects;
+ Support and assist with setting up basic video calls;
+ Basic training to individual users.
2. Requirements:
+ Having 3 year experience of supporting users in Window PC environment;
+ English communication;
+ Know how in: Windows PC (mostly Windows 10), Microsoft Office365, Video Conference Equipment, Projector / TV monitor, IP Phone, Network Printer, LAN incl. Wifi and Apple iPhone.
3. Working time: 8:30 AM - 17:30 PM (Mon - Fri)
4. Salary: 12.000.000 VND
