    We are looking for talents for IT Admin position:

    Job Purpose
    • To do a prompt/sufficient supports for a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel in term of information Technologies and its related matters occurred/requested by both internal and external guests

    Primary Responsibilities
    1- Responsibilities and means:
    • To ensure that the hotel’s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable
    • To ensure procedures are in place that in the event of any problems an encountered in software and hardware, that they are addressed immediately
    • To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system
    • To define and keep updated written incident management policies and procedures where the action to be taken and persons to be contacted in case of an incident are clearly mentioned

    2- Technical Responsibilities
    • To attend to any problems an countered in software and hardware by all departments and to keep a register of such incidents and the manner in which they have been solved
    • To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of anti-virus programs
    • To strictly perform daily/monthly back up procedures, ensuring the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes
    • To assist any departments of the hotel in formulating their IT material equipment’s and provide regular adequate solution to their needs
    • To provided regular training on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regular adapted, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures strictly followed by all connectors of the hotel
    • To perform regular computer audits searching for unauthorized program, improper setup or loopholes in the security setup

    3- Relations
    • Directly reports to Finance Manager/ Director of Finance & Admin
    • Works closely with all departments of the hotel and suppliers/ service providers

    4- Replacement and temporary mission
    • To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties

    Profile
    Education / Professional experience
    • Bachelor degree in information & Technology or Data Processing
    • Minimum 1 years of experience in hotel in the same position
    • Strong computer and organization skill
    • Good knowledge of tax regulations
    • Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, and English
    • Experience of all hotel software is a plus
    • Successful position in Accor hotel is an added advantage
