Job Description
- Analyze requirements and come up with a test plan to ensure testing quality.
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Write manual test cases
- Perform Quality Control by conducting manual testing to find defects and assure that the product meets design specifications and requirements. This includes isolating, reproducing, verifying and reporting defects,
- Effectively communicate and document all the defects discovered during the Quality Control process.
- Identify any potential quality issues and escalate immediately to management.
- Work closely with developers in an agile environment to ensure a high quality product.
Ideal candidate
- Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in an IT-related field
- 0 – 1 year of experience in software testing, open for freshly graduate and internship
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Fluent in English communication
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, teamwork, problem solving, decision making and time management
