Yêu cầu: các bạn sinh viên mới ra trường, có kiến thức về Linux là một lợi thế, tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Công việc: hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các khách hàng thông qua email, điện thoại, và tiếp xúc trực tiếp.
As a member of our support staff you will be the first point of contact for our customers either via incoming phone call, live chat, or email. You will use your knowledge to quickly and accurately find solutions for our customer's technical issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls, live chats, and emails from customers around the world
- Being able to quickly and correctly identify and resolve web hosting, website, and domain issues
- Up-selling products to current and prospective customers
