We are looking for an IOS Developer Intern to join our Ho Chi Minh City team!

GeoGuard, geolocation-powered fraud technology company, is looking for talented iOS intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects under the guidance of a dedicated knowledgeable buddy and work closely with a senior leadership in a agile working envrionment. This is a better suited position for college students who are still in college and want to work on projects with opportunities to learn and build real-life iOS applications.

Key responsibilities accountabilities include (but not limited to):

• Help on all Stages of Development, Deployment and Maintenance of our GeoGuard iOS platform products.
• Based on the Self-Performance, Interns may be assigned to take ownership of end-to-end Change Request (CR).
• Eager to learn new things and to share your skills with the other team members.
• Follow and comply with a full life cycle of Agile Software Development.
• Participate in Quality Assurance of the software deliveries.
• Follow the best practices and process established in the team.
• Understand company’s vision, goals and strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 6.5

• General knowledge of technical components necessary for building iOS Software Development Kit (SDK).

• A good grasp on Xcode, Swift/ObjC.
• Solution-oriented and a quick learner.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Feel comfortable in communicating with English.
• Can commit 3 months at least.
• Knowledge of Location-Based Service (LBS) applications is a plus.

We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Intern to join our team in HCMC, Vietnam!

The Anti-Fraud Intern contributes to GeoGuard’s success by researching suspicious and potentially malicious software that may negatively impact the business and customer’s business. This position will report directly to the Anti-Fraud Senior on a day-to-day and Anti-Fraud Lead on a weekly basis.
You are able to and enjoy working across multiple teams across locations, have good communication and interpersonal skills. You have proven your ability to work under tight timelines in your work experience and are highly organized and detail-oriented.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include (but not limited to):

• Assist in the maintenance of a database containing suspicious and potentially malicious software programs which can have a negative impact on GeoGuard’s business. This will involve testing Remote Desktop Protocol, Fake Location Apps, GPS Emulator Apps, Rooted Apps, etc and preparing deployment packages

• Research new threats in the form of technologies and software programs
• Accurately report hours spent on tasks in Jira
• Commit to agreed deadlines
• Follow best practices and processes established in the team

Your Skills and Experience

• Good command in Microsoft Excel, Google Spread sheets and other similar programs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Need to be meticulous and thoughtful while working
• Knowledgeable about the Information Technology field is an advantage
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
