Job Description
We're now looking for a Junior/Fresher Business Analyst who will work with team and join many projects form US. As a BA, you'll be responsible for ensuring client requirements are fully understood by the development team as details:
- Support to gather business and system requirements from clients.
- Create System Requirement Spec, UC list and UC detail, and wire frame for UCs.
- Work with UI for UI design and screen mockup.
- Review and provide the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface.
- Acting as the bridge between client and the development team (developers, QC, UI designer).
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation.
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/IT is preferred
- Must have experience in one or more of the following fields: business analysis /system analysis/ Product Owner
- Must have strong communication skills, proven English writing and speaking abilities (must be able to write clearly and accurately).
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Well organized with strong time-management skills
- Experience in complex software systems is a plus
- Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
