- Develop difference technology projects of 7-Eleven VN
- Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders, analyze the requirements and feedback to improve the requirement itself
- Participate in all stages of agile product development life cycle with Kanban

- General understanding of fundamental software engineering knowledge: Git, Database, Testing, Agile, OOP, Design patterns, Algorithm
- Requires 0 - 2 years experience in ROR development
- Experience with Ruby, Rails, SQL and JavaScript
- Have knowledge about Sidekiq is a plus
- Have knowledge about Messaging Queues: Kafka and MQTT is a plus
- Experience with optimize performance is a big plus
- Proven ability to build (or Familiarity) with web applications, APIs, and third-party integrations
- React experience (or desire to learn)
- Know how to use unit testing frameworks.
- Familiar with the scrum or kanban development process.
- A passion for code quality and craftsmanship
- "Can do attitude" and a product mindset.
- Optimizing for scale, handling millions records of data
- Building real-time retails system at scale with Kafka
- Morden tech stack (Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher) and tools (Slack, Jira)
