Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled AI Engineers (LLM) to join our team, who will be participate in our projects to train and fine-tine LLMs, integrate external LLMs, and build LLM-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) on domain-specific datasets to enhance performance and relevance.
- Leverage and integrate external LLM APIs to supplement business applications.
- Enhance LLM inference efficiency through optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Deploy fine-tuned LLMs into scalable, real-time production environments.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods to improve model accuracy and contextual awareness with external knowledge sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to develop AI-powered solutions aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs on domain-specific data.
- Experience with utilizing public LLM APIs for AI-driven applications.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
