I-Responsibilities:
- Introduce, install and conduct user about the ATALINK application.
- Support, handle customer’s issues during using.
- Coordinate and contact relevant departments to handle customer’s requests.
- Other tasks as required by line manager.
II-Essential Skills:
- 3rd & 4th student faculty in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting or related areas.
- Duration: at least 6 months; can work 4-5 days per week.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Quick and eager for learning, problem solving.
- Open to traveling for onsite support at customer locations when needed.
- It’s a plus if you’re based in or have accommodation near the Binh Duong area.

Working time: from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), 1.5 hours for lunch break
