About the project:
This project aims to revolutionize robotics by developing advanced foundation models. By utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion-based generation models, we will generate and validate novel robot configurations through physics-based simulations. This research will contribute to the next generation of robotics, powered by the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities****:
- Develop and refine AI foundation models for robotic applications in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI).
- Deploy AI models in real-world robotic systems and scenarios.
- Design and implement cutting-edge algorithms for robot configuration generation and validation.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and robotics.
- Reproduce and benchmark state-of-the-art methods.
- Oversee the complete system deployment and ensure seamless functional integration.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and research papers for publication.
- Organize and maintain research materials and documentation.
- Contribute to the training and mentorship of early-career researchers.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations.
- Be at the forefront of AI and robotics research.
