  • **Software Sales Executive (Permanent contract)** Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (December 2019, January 2020 start) **[U]Job Description[/U]** As Sales Executive on our team, you will be involved in multiple aspects of Zilingo’s SAAS (Software As A Service) business in the south of Vietnam, from identifying and contacting sales leads to negotiating software deals and supporting our deployment teams in the factory. This is a basic salary role with the opportunity to earn commission once you exceed certain targets. **[U]Responsibilities[/U]**
    • Source, acquire, build, and maintain strong partnership with factories in the apparel, fashion, beauty and lifestyle category
    • Proactively go after opportunities and ensure deal closure
    • Present Zilingo as unique alternative for businesses to utilize as a way of acquiring new customers and achieving business growth
    • To nurture factories business by working closely with sellers to grow their business through Zilingo
    **[U]Qualifications[/U]**
    • Bachelor's Degree in any major
    • Have at least 1+ years of relevant work experience (business analyst)
    • Intermediate level English and Fluency in local language required
    • Any experience with factories, manufacturing or textiles is highly desirable
    • Must have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn, develop and be flexible
    • Experienced in solving a diverse array of problems, including complex projects

  • **Software Implementation Specialist (6-months contract, renewable)** Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (December 2019, January 2020 start) **[U]Job Description[/U]** As an Implementation Specialist on our team, you will be involved in multiple aspects of Zilingo’s SAAS (Software As A Service) business, from helping monitor, debug and streamline operations, supporting all types of software implementations. Key skills include clear, strong communication with different stake holders, process management, problem solving, and ability to learn fast. **[U]Responsibilities[/U]**
    • Visit & spend time in factories for software deployments
    • Clear communication of requirements between stakeholders
    • Should have sound knowledge of software implementation
    • Keeping track of progress of SAAS project and implement it in Organisation
    • Coordinate with different stakeholders for implementation
    • Make changes as per requirement to make SAAS compatible to organisations working process
    **[U]Qualifications[/U]**
    • Degree in IT / BE IT / Computers or Masters degree and looking for Internship for learning and experience.
    • Basic level English and Fluency in local language required
    • Eager to learn, willing to travel and flexible to get the job done

  • **Business Analyst (6-months contract, renewable)** Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (December 2019, January 2020 start) **[U]Job Description[/U]** As Business Analyst in our team, you will be involved in multiple aspects of Zilingo’s SAAS (Software As A Service) business, from helping monitor, analyse and streamline operations to maintaining relationships with key accounts. Key skills include clear, strong communication with different stakeholders, strong people skills, problem solving, and ability to learn fast. **[U]Responsibilities[/U]**
    • Present Zilingo as unique alternative for businesses to clients
    • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
    • Monitor progress while managing multiple parallel projects, anticipating bottlenecks and providing escalation management to ensure that everything from meta to micro stays on track.
    • Prepare reports on company monthly performance
    • Consult with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans
    • Able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team interdependencies for complex systems.
    • Develop strategic and operational changes that may improve growth
    • Contribute to org-level project and explore different opportunities
