RESPONSIBILITIES
- FPT Software HCM is looking for candidates to join our globalized workforce in the position of Java. As successful candidates, you will take part in specialized training programs 3-6 months
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager and other team members to perform Process & Product Verification, Measurement & Analysis, Process Development & Management in Software/IT/Service project.
- Basic Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental programming concepts like variables, data types, conditionals, loops, and functions will provide a good foundation for learning Java.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using a computer, operating systems, and basic software applications is essential for coding and development.
- Logical Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills: Java programming involves logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Developing these skills will help you write efficient and effective Java code.
- Mathematics and Analytical Skills: A basic understanding of mathematics and analytical thinking can be beneficial for programming tasks that involve calculations, algorithms, and data manipulation.
- Learning Attitude: Having a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and dedication to practice and improve is crucial for success in learning Java or any programming language.
- Resources: Access to learning resources such as textbooks, online tutorials, video courses, and practice exercises can support your learning journey as a Java fresher.
- Good English communication skill.
