# REQUIRE SKILLS
- Fluent in English
- Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Web Development using PHP frameworks (Lavarel, Yii, Zend, Magento, Wordpress … )
- Good in searching & researching, but don’t be a hope finder !
- Have basic knowledge about Web securities
- You don’t scare of using Linux and command line.
- You are a fan of Source Version control (Git, SVN)
- At least you can use jQuery, AJAX in front end.
# BIG PLUS +++++ :*) - Doesn’t require
- Can code PHP without any frameworks, seriously !
- Can write code in TDD method, then you 're absolutely outstanding !
- Comfortably using Front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation …
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Can work comfortably with another server side language (Rails, Node …)
- Experience and good at JS is big plus (especially in AngularJS, EmberJS, NodeJS, SailsJS, Loopback, etc…)
- Speaking Japanese, seriously !
