JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support the analysis and documentation of requirements for Smart Locker systems, IoT platforms, and software applications.
This role is ideal for final-year students who are interested in bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with product teams, developers, QC engineers, and operations teams.
As a BA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in real projects, learning how business requirements are translated into functional and technical specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the collection and analysis of business and system requirements
• Assist in documenting Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and User Stories
• Work with stakeholders to clarify workflows, use cases, and system behaviors
• Support the creation of process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams
• Coordinate with development and QC teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and support
• Help track requirement changes and maintain documentation consistency
REQUIREMENTS
• Final-year student majoring in Business Information Systems, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Nice to have (not mandatory):
• Familiarity with UML diagrams, flowcharts, or wireframing tools
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Interest in IoT systems, smart devices, or digital platforms
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar
