SFDC Support
- Monitor and Troubleshooting for a Sale Forces Automation System which have ~2000 users in 3 countries for a top 5 company in FMCG
- Bridge between business domain and technical team to understand the issue/requirement and to provide solution based on current system
- Work with line manager and development team in India and China for implementing change and new features
- Able to play a role of DBA and overview on an ecosystem
- 100% working time at customer site
Your Skills and Experience - Requirement:
1- 2 years’ experience about ERP system specially for FMCG company
Experiences on Sales forces Automation system is a plus
Knowledge of Mobile Application, Cloud services, .NET and Database
Experience on SFDC as a plus
Good communicate in both Vietnamese and English - Personality:
Hard-working
Good communication
Willing to learn
