Job description:
- Research, evaluate, and select optimal LLM architectures for the problem space
- Train or fine-tune LLMs using labeled datasets
- Coordinate with other specialized departments to complete and ensure progress;
- Conduct AI model training;
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on AI program performance;
- Perform other tasks to help AI processes run more smoothly.
- Continually monitor model drift/degradation and trigger retraining
- Other related tasks as assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- Have bachelor’s degree in related field
- Be able to communicate in English
- Excellent requirement understanding skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Golang
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Must have responsibility and accountability
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
