Dear UIT’s students,

This is an important notice for students interested in applying for the SEED Scholarship 2026.

To ensure you have ample time, we strongly recommend that you begin preparing your application documents in advance.

Based on historical data from 2024 and 2025, the open call for applications typically commences around February.

Although the specific requirements and official announcement for SEED 2026 have not yet been released, we advise against waiting until the last minute to begin organizing your documents.

We highly recommend that interested students review the requirements for SEED 2025 to use as a reference point. This will give you a solid understanding of the expected criteria and necessary paperwork.

LƯU Ý: Sinh viên bắt buộc phải tuyệt đối trung thực trong quá trình nộp hồ sơ. Mọi hành vi cung cấp hồ sơ giả mạo, dù là trong việc đăng ký học bổng hay tham gia các chương trình trao đổi sinh viên, sẽ bị xử lý ở mức hình phạt cao nhất theo quy định hiện hành của Trường Đại học Công nghệ Thông tin, ĐHQG-HCM (UIT). Dear UIT’s students,

SEED-2’s call for applications for the 2026-2027 year is now open.

UIT is still waiting for the Canadian-partner universities to send UIT the invitation so we can’t accept applications yet. In the meantime, students are highly encourage to read the LINK to prepare & finish all the required documents. It is because when UIT open call for applications, students must submit ASAP.

Dear UIT’s students,

  • To apply for SEED-2 and student exchange program in 2026, you can pick ONLY one out of the two universities: Regina University and Memorial University of Newfoundland.
  • You are responsible for conducting thorough research into these 2 universities to find out about their subjects, departments and campus offered for the Fall semester 2026.
  • This is to avoid the situation where a UIT applicant is awarded the SEED-2 scholarship for a specific university but later refuses/cancels due to lack of suitable courses, which deprives other students of the valuable opportunity.
