We’re seeking a AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and evaluate prompts that power our multi-agent AI sales systems. This role focuses on improving AI accuracy, customer engagement, and overall conversational quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and optimize prompts for multi-agents to support diverse sales scenarios.
- Utilize and contribute to automated testing systems to ensure consistent, high-quality AI response.
- Analyze conversation data and customer’s feedback to troubleshoot AI behaviors, improve performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI strategies with business objectives.
What You Bring
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field.
- 6+ months of experience in prompt engineering or conversational AI design.
- Good knowledge of how LLMs work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered sales systems, API integrations, or Voice-AI solutions.
