• Trouble shooting in all software/ ERP system.
• Maintaining logs and reporting all problems occurred in ERP system and follow-up on corrective actions. (Manager, Supporters, end-user).
• Attending to issues/requests on ERP system from users and Support users solving them in a timely manner.
• Contacting ERP Supporters to in Head Office to help solving issues.
• Exchange information between department in FGL
• Co-operating with Head Office Supporters on ERP server maintenance.
• Developing new software applications if needed.

v Required experience: 03 years experience in similar position
v Required skill: ERP, MS2000 and MS Office 2000, Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Knowledge of LAN, MS SQL and other data bases Communication & organizing skill
v Machine/ Equipment: Computer
v Qualification: University graduated in IT or equivalent degree
