We are looking for a web digital producer with very good communication skills who is fluent in English and can communicate with both customers and his/her team. He/She should be able to ensure a successful project delivery to our customer within pre-agreed time frames while maintaining a great team atmosphere.
*** Mandatory skills for this position:
1. Customer Relationship
- The digital producer should aim to always deliver the best quality product to our customer within a pre-agreed time frame.
- The digital producer is not only a project executor but a guide for the customer, understanding their wishes and requirements, finding solutions or proposing alternative solutions while always ensuring that the result is in the best interest of both the customer and us.
2. IT Engineering / Developer Background
- The digital producer him/herself should have a background as developer/ programmer who is not afraid to look into the source code (mainly PHP).
- Experience with design would be a plus.
*** Responsibilities
- Managing and guiding the technical team during the development of the project and the final validation
- Creating and editing customer documents such as functional specifications for customers, high level technical specifications for developers, UAT testing plan
- Adherence to programming and testing standards, accuracy and creativity in finding efficient solutions to given requirements
- Taking ownership for the quality of the projects, managing the quality control test team and validating the delivery of the project
- Communication with customer including kick-off meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings during projects, UAT validation and support.
Your Skills and Experience
- Must have at least College Degree
- At least 2 years experience in Object Oriented PHP programming
- Experience in managing a team
- Experienced in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Ajax and optimizing MySQL
- Strict dedication to delivering projects within deadlines while adhering to established quality and documentation standards
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken English is a requirement.
