IT Help Desk – INTERN (HCMC OFFICE)
Job Description:
This position works under supervision of the IT Manager in HCMC office and daily coordinates with him to ensure proper help desk support and system security management.
• Supports IT manager in monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks infrastructure of the firm.
• Installs equipment and software as required
• Troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnoses and solves hardware/software issues
• Ensures data and network security
• Controls over and maintains user accounts
• Supports IT facilities for seminars and conferences
• Coordinates with ISP (EVN, FPT) to have the internet and lease line in best quality
• Supports and troubleshoots for users
• Edit and change basic PHP website coding
• Backup File Server
• Monitors Computer, Network and Phone system
• Assists IT Manager in website administration
Required Qualifications/skills
• University Degree in IT
• Experience with complex databases
• Experience with high-quality digital imaging
• Knowledge of Windows and Vista networks, active directory, TCP/IP and Linux servers
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software
• Knowledge of HTML, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript
• In depth technical knowledge of PC hardware
• Experience in web design
