THE JOBS
The successful candidates will be working in a professional environment, on a large enterprise application system in financial market, with the client who is leading provider of software and services to the global financial services industry.

He/she will be responsible for design, implementing and resolving technical challenges to ensure a good quality of deliveries, including:
- Direct communication with customer business analysts to clarify requirements
- Implementing a clean, robust & well-tested code based on a detail design
- Developing detail design for solutions delivered
- Assisting other members on the solution, technical perspective of implementation, and effort estimation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Strong at Java core, Object Oriented Programming and UML
- Fast learner, multi-tasking capability
- Capable of working unsupervised
- Good English as frequent communication with the client

Mình đang làm cho dự án này ở TMA. Có một vài thông tin để mọi người tham khảo:
- Dự án làm theo mô hình Scrum, hàng ngày đều có daily meeting với nhóm ở Australia. Mình học được khá nhiều về mô hình này, bên cạnh đó còn giúp mình cải thiện khả năng tiếng Anh khi hàng ngày đều được nói chuyện với khách hàng.
- Có cơ hội onsite: mình mới vào dự án không lâu nhưng tham gia một khóa training 10 tuần tại Brisbane, Australia, nơi tổ chức G20 vừa qua. Trong tương lai sẽ có nhiều cơ hội khác nữa.
- Dự án làm về mảng tài chính nên cũng khá thú vị chứ không quá khô khan. Có cơ hội cho mọi người biết thêm về kiến thức bên kinh tế.

Phỏng vấn không khó lắm đâu, chỉ cần nắm OOP và Java core cộng với tiếng Anh khá(Toeic >500) là mình nghĩ tỉ lệ đậu lên đến >90%.
