Job description:
□ Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members
□ Participate in the architectural design and building development framework for software projects
□ Play a leading role in creating technical/design documentations
□ Involve in and manage the full software development lifecycle using CMMi methodology
□ Participate in the evaluation stage meetings to determine the best technology solution for software projects
□ Participate in client meetings and/or business analysis meetings to timely making decisions on technology requirements
□ Leading and problem-solving for development team in software projects
□ Ready to work oversea when required
□ Works closely with the development team member on user interface focus
□ Assists in creating prototypes for client engagements
□ Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
□ Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
□ Participate in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
Experience / Skills:
□ Minimum proven experience of 2 to 5 years in software development projects
□ Experienced in creating technical and functional design requirements
□ Strong experience in Core Banking System
□ Strong experience in Programming (PHP and .NET)
□ Strong experience in database design and management (SQL Server 2005 and My SQL)
□ Good experience in Front End Programming (Java, JSP, HTML, CSS…)
□ Good experience in database design and management (SQL05 BI Tools, Oracle…)
□ Holder of a Bachelor Degree or College of Advanced Certificate in Computer Science
□ Knowledge of CMM and CMMi processes
□ Good written and oral communication skills in English
□ Desire of long-term commitment with the company
□ Dynamic and energetic
□ Assumes additional responsibility without being asked
□ Ability to work under pressure
□ Holder of a Bachelor Degree or College of Advanced Certificate in Computer Science
□ Knowledge of CMM and CMMi processes
□ Experienced in creating technical and functional design requirements
