1. FRESHER JAVA DEVELOPER:
1.1. Japan market:
a. Jobs:
- Attend the training program from 1 to 3 months
- Get involved in the biggest software development projects of FPT Software for the large client after the training as Developer
- Work and grow in professional environment with latest technologies and frameworks as Java Struts 2, Spring
- You will work with Japan customer
b. Skills:
- Technical skills: J2EE, JSP, OOP, algorithm, data structure, basic SQL
- Be able to learn new technologies quickly
- Good awareness and appreciation of quality related processes.
- Good soft skills: group discussion leading, team working, problem solving and training.
- Great spirit at work & research, self-motivated, dedicated, committed
- English/Japanese is Advantage

2. Fresher Mobile Developer (5 Android/ 05 iOS)
a. Jobs:
- Attend an intensive training program in mobile development from 1 to 2 months
- Get involved in the biggest software development projects of FPT Software in mobile development for Japanese client after the training
- Work and grow in professional environment with latest technologies and frameworks and especially gain international experience in mobile developing for entertainment and media industries.
b. Skills:
- Strong in the background of programming like: Data structure and algorithm
- Good in OOP and be able to learn new technologies quickly
- Have knowledge in one of these program languages: C, C++, C# or Java.
- Nice to have knowledge about Mobile technology like: IOS, ANDROID
- Willing to work abroad (short-term/long-term)
- Good in ENGLISH/JAPANESE is Advantage

3. Fresher C-C++/Embedded Developer:
a. Jobs:
Develop the Firmware and Middle Ware for Communication & Surveillance system for the large building.
• Do code for Firmware and Middle Ware for Communication & Surveillance system for the large building.
• Develop Unit Test
• Join with the big embedded project with 80-100 members, work for the very big Japanese customer
b. Skills:
Graduated from the University or equivalent
MUST:
• Strong at C/C++/Embedded/Micro-controller programming.
• Unit Test development
• Capability to resolve technical issue
• Good at analyzing & problem solving skill
• Good team-work, generates enthusiasm among team members.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Real time OS, iTron, Linux kernel experience
• Audio and Video encode/decode/streaming
• Communication protocol: ARM control, relay, switching

4. Fresher .Net Developer:
4.1. US market
a. Jobs:
• To design, develop, optimize and test software using .NET technology.
• Object-oriented application development with logical and analytical thinking.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Familiar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in system analysis and design of software architecture.
• Develop solutions and perform unit and integration tests Apply proper version control and roll out new releases.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly as necessary
b. Skills:
• Have knowledge about OOP, .NET technology
• Have good background, logic thinking
• Nice to have development experience using one of these technologies :
• Have joined/passed the GST training Program is Advantage
• Good English communication is Advantage
4.2. ASIA market:
a. Jobs:
• Work in a global project for multinational company, need good .NET developers to work on change request development, Level 3 support,
• Work with project members, responsible for the design/code review, development, and implementation of software applications using .NET technologies,
• Create units test, maintains and troubleshoots software,
• Create prototype/test applications,
• Adhere to strict delivery schedules, requirement and functional specification,
• Other assignments from Project Manager.
b. Skills:
• Good knowledge in .Net programming,
• Good logical thinking & analysis ability, good teamwork,
• Dedicated attitude,
• Fast study,
• Good English is advantage.

5. Fresher C/C++ developer (FOCUS Software with C/C++)

• You will be trained in C/C++ by top professional trainers from FPT Software
• You will have opportunities to learn about industry leading technologies (C++ on window, more medical knowledge.)
• Participate in development projects Software for Medical device (US, MRI, CT, X-ray)
• After you pass the part-time period will be selected to participate formally in the project with the design work, Develop, test the functionality of the medical device.
• In addition, there are opportunities to study image processing algorithms, and other technical design.
b. Skills:
• Bachelor degree with Fairly Good grade
• Graduated from Information Technology faculty of the following universities: Natural Sciences, Technology, Information Technology is a plus
• Hard working & fast learning
• Japan skill is a great advantage.
