Duration: 3 months
Date: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
- Challenge 1: As a fresh graduate, while developing your hard skills is vital, you also look towards expanding your soft skill set at the same time. This session combines various activities to master your soft skills and team spirit. You will be learning to communicate, network, cooperate with your colleagues.
- Challenge 2: Only a short list that pass challenge 1 access to this round. Challengers will be learning and applying technical knowledge through project works and on-the-job training. During the 2-month program, challengers are evaluated with feedback and coaching from mentors. A good performance result enhances the opportunity of a long-term career with Harvey Nash Vietnam after graduating from the program.
