RESPONSIBILITY
- Work in Scrum team (5 to 9 developers) to develop software products in various types of web application, enterprise application or web services using Java, J2EE and other related technologies/frameworks
- Daily cooperate with Product Owner to clarify requirements, initiative solutions and develop deliverable software in the iterations of Scrum
- Be involved in every phases of Agile software development includes planning, estimating, developing and continuously delivering software
- Self-assign tasks and fully be responsible for quality/quantity of delivered result. Self-determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to Product Owner.

REQUIREMENT
- Have background in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience in related positions
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid fundamental of OOP, data structures, algorithms and software design
- Proficient with HTML, Java Script, CSS plus all front-end web related technologies
- Have knowledge in JSF, Primefaces and Swing
- Extensive programming experience in Java, J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSPs, JSFs, JPA, JMS, Web Services...) and Spring framework
- Have good knowledge of SQL, experience with Oracle, PostGre and MySQL
- Familiarity with web servers, application servers such as Apache, Tomcat, Geronimo.
- Have knowledge with BPM framework and tools is an advantage.

Axon Active Viet Nam - Scrum Master, HCM

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Team Leader to work with our skilled and knowledgeable Scrum teams. We’re specialized in agile software development and always looking for new ideas about how and where to improve. We’re less concerned about what it’s called Agile/Scrum but much more about the result and the improvement.
We need someone who leads by examples rather than by commands, someone who is not afraid to deal with conflicts, and someone who knows how to bring out the best of individuals and when to push for the better result.

Responsibility:
• Act as Scrum Master of a Scrum team with a focus to build the cross-functional and self-organized team
• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meeting
• Create necessary standards/tools/practices to facility Scrum team; improve team’s productivity and quality of the project.

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalents
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar position
• Wide and deep knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Experience in Scrum, certificate of Scrum/Scrum Master is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both writing and speaking skills
