[Data Processing ( Full-time) position opportunity in HCMC] for fresh graduate
Job descriptions:
- Determine and enter data for clients’ orders on inbound system.
- Define and resolve data for any arising orders from clients on inbound system.
- Specify documents based on different criteria, e.g orders addresses or suppliers addresses.
- Receive and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Trained from internal training sessions and seminars.
- Accurately input data into the system.
Complete assigned work on time.
Data processing with the regulations as required of the company.
Job requirements:
- Have SQL knowledge
- Cautious, diligent and do not transfer any information for 3rd party.
- Good typing skills (input without looking).
- Good at mathematics.
- Basic English skills (Especially in reading and writing emails).
- Ability to learn and grasp the issue.
- Flexible and willing to work on holidays and weekends.
- Willing to work on rotation day and night.
- Able to work under highly pressure.
- Applicants fluent in English have higher chances of promotion.
Benefits:

+ 2nd shift: from 8pm to 5am.

We are Seldatinc on the way to set up and expand activities in Vietnam. Our mother company is in New Jersey, USA.
We are builder and designer e-commerce, business to business website. Now we have 5 teams:
- Design Team 1 and Design Team 2 – will be responsible for Designing all the content of the Supplier, Buyer, and other sections.
- API/EDI Team – will be responsible integrating all the different API into the B2B for example integrating the use of IP-Address to the B2B to be able to locate the exact location from where someone is accessing our website, Google Map API, SalesForce CRM API, WMS API, etc.. + all the EDI design
- We also have a team for DBA and QC management for the whole B2B
- And then the Integration is the most important and crucial. The integration team – is responsible to make all the different sections describe above connect between them and also responsible at designing the warehouse section in the B2B
