Job Description Position Title : Senior Assistant Department : IT/Business Analysis Reports to : BA manager Main Responsibilities 1. Collect and analyse user requirement; 2. Write Business specification and work with user to get the confirmation; 3. Work with developer on the requirement; 4. Implement and follow the estimation plan of the requirement; 5. Suggest the test scenario (if any); 6. Coordinate with different departments to organize the UAT; 7. Follow up the UAT progress; 8. Check carefully all changed requests to system and make sure it’s operated regularly Qualification and Experience Requirement Education Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science major or IT related fields Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT application Preferably experience in Life Insurance industry Skills Good analytical skill; Good interpersonal skill; Good communication (both verbal and writing in bilingual Vietnamese & English); Excellent team work spirit; Able to work under high pressure; and Able to work independently and good working relationship with other departments
