As our QA LAUNCH Program is coming soon, we are looking for 3rd, 4th years students or new graduates who are interested in Software Testing to join this program. Winning candidates will receive employment or training offers and join the training on November, 2015 with the schedule as below:
Phase 1:3 weeks
Phase 2: 5 weeks - if the candidate passes Phase 1

Phase 1:3 weeks
- KMS Culture and how to act in a professional working environment
- Soft skills training
- Software development processes and tools
- How to write industry standard code
Phase 2: 5 weeks - if the candidate passes Phase 1
- Participate in a Scrum team to work on a development project
- Practice everything learned in phase 1
At the end of Phase 2, if a candidate is qualified for KMS’s requirements, they will
- Pass probation if they are already a regular employee
- Receive a job at KMS (no probation is needed) if they are a trainee
- Receive a job (no probation is needed) in the future if they have not graduated yet
