Responsibilities
- Design and build mobile applications for the iOS platform
- Able to analyse, develop, test and deploy mobile app from ground up.
- Able to code and debug effectively and independently.
- Understanding product development road map, and execute rapidly to build mobile applications
with high quality.
- Should be able to utilize native APIs to enable maps, in-app SMS and email features and should
be able to develop applications that controls handset resource
- Optimize applications to maximize speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high powered
desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices
- You should be team oriented and be able to communicate and cooperate with other members
during project development or concept drafting phase and deployment
- Thirst and passion for raising the bar and making it better than it is now
- You will travel overseas to work with clients during key stages of projects.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working on iOS
o Show us your apps developed show far. All count.
o Tell us when you started and how often you do learning & coding iOS.
o Experience in mobile application development.
- You must be able to communicate in English (verbal & writing), at day-to-day working level
- Able and motivated to learn new technology, best practices
- Demonstrated exceptional analysis & problem solving skills
- Excellent coding, able to read technical documentation
- Meet at minimum three of the following additional requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of mobile application development (iOS).
Knowledge of UI frameworks (iOS, XML), reactive touch based UI.
- Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms
and software design optimized for embedded systems.
- Specialist domains: Embedded/device systems, mobile optimized websites, mobile web browsers,
client application development for Windows/Mac (Chrome, WebKit, etc.), third party libraries for
iOS.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Has knowledge about web service (SOAP, XML, REST)
- Hands-on proficiency in C#/.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Ajax, JSON, and JavaScript for
hybrid mobile apps is a plus
- Experience in writing OOP code and develop apps using MVC, MVP or MVVM
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: GIS, RESTful web services, Git, SVN
- Should be familiar with a SQL database and a NoSQL database.
- Play with Swift language daily
