JOB DESCRIPTION
• Act as owner of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related projects, processes and activities
• Training, mentoring and development of expertise within the local ERP team
• Act as a team leader on the ERP project. Responsibilities includes planning, assigning tasks, monitoring and tracking progress and communicating status to project management
• Additional core responsibilities encompass build and review infrastructure implementation plans
• Serves as the overall administrator of Customer Care and Billing System (CCBS) functionality particularly on technical design and infrastructure
• Should be familiarized with the CCBS ERP processes and modules
• Manage and monitor CCBS system availability
• In charge of administering and identifying user roles and modifying access rights
• In charge with database management, back up and restoration of data
• Assesses company's IT needs based on user requirements and recommends software and hardware application
• Investigates the possibility of using new equipment or system and possible changes or improvements to the current systems
• Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology;
• At least 3-year experience in troubleshooting and maintaining all aspects of an IT Unit including servers, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software applications, LAN/WAN, wireless, etc.
• Proven track record in managing, implementing and maintaining ERP projects
• Knowledge in Windows server and desktop administration
• Knowledge in database management system (SQL, MySQL) is a plus
• With IT Certifications, an advantage
• Working knowledge on managing the availability of an ERP System
