[HCM] JAVA/FRONT-END CAREERS for STUDENTS & FRESH GRADUATES at KMS TECHNOLOGY

As KMS LAUNCH Program which is designed for promising young talents looking to take the first steps in pursuing a long-term IT Career at KMS is coming soon, we are looking for 3rd, 4th years students or new graduates who are interested in Java/Front-end Software Development to join this program. Winning candidates will receive employment or training offers and join the training on November 16, 2015 with the schedule as below:

Phase 1:3 weeks

• KMS Culture and how to act in a professional working environment
• Soft skills training
• Software development processes and tools
• How to write industry standard code

Phase 2: 5 weeks – if the candidate passes Phase 1

• Participate in a Scrum team to work on a development project
• Practice everything learned in phase 1

At the end of Phase 2, if a candidate is qualified for KMS’s requirements, they will

• Pass probation if they are already a regular employee
• Receive a job at KMS (no probation is needed) if they are a trainee
• Receive a job (no probation is needed) in the future if they have not graduated yet

Who should apply?

• 3rd, 4th year students and new graduates major in IT
• English Level: Intermediate
• GPA: 6.8 up
• Have a passion for Java/ Front-end technology
