INTRODUCTION
Luxoft Automotive University (LAU) provides a special program for young and talented engineers with up to 2 years of experience in company projects.
Luxoft will pay the deserved remuneration for all participants in the LAU program, in keeping with the salary expectations of the Vietnamese labor market.
After successful graduation from a 3-month concentrated study in Automotive-oriented practicable projects, you will join a development team and produce SW solutions for global Automotive companies.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATES:
We are inviting young and talented candidates, recent graduates at top Universities for our future Automotive Projects Teams
Skills required:
Basic ability to use algorithms
Basic C++ programming skills
Intermediate level of English
Basic Linux programming skills
The ability to work well in a team
Additional skills:
Basic UML skills
Basic Design Patterns (GoF) skills
Beneficial skills:
Basic programming skills in Linux/QNX/VxWorks
Basic programming skills in embedded systems
Basic programming skills in OOP programming (using C++/Java/C#)
THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM AND COMPENSATION TERMS
The study program will last three months, with full-time engagement within the standard workweek for programmers on practicable projects.
The education process consists of the following phases:
Recruitment of IT talent, including interviews and testing
2 months of training on practicable projects
1 month internship in current projects for Automotive clients
Benefits include the following:
Monthly payment of remuneration in the appropriate amount for Junior/Regular level engineering positions in Vietnam. LAU will pay fully and on time all remuneration and other fringe benefits of the apprentice in accordance with the apprenticeship contract
The ability to use Luxoft facilities in Vietnam as a part of the Luxoft Global Team, with full access to highly-skilled program managers around the world for knowledge sharing, consultancy and collaboration
The opportunity to participate in local team-building activities and parties as well as in global contests and programs

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECTS AVAILABLE AFTER OUR 3-MONTH “LEARNING BY DOING” PROGRAM:
SW development for products includes a wide spectrum of embedded automotive electronics, from simple microcontrollers up to fully functional head units. Our global Automotive clients are equipped to conduct workshops on their own premises, so we need programmers with working proficiency in English, knowledge of C/C++ programming languages, and backgrounds in both programming embedded systems and programming for target systems that work under Linux/QNX/VxWorks. In the beginning, we will accept candidates with the highest skills, but in the future we may hire interns with basic programming skills and a lower level of English.
