Our Client is a Japanese Company in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). They are looking for high-qualified candidates for Senior Software Engineer position.
Working Location: Ha Noi
Report to: Department Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Objectives
• Do offshore projects and development projects for Customers from Design to delivery phase.
Responsibilities
• Join all phases of Projects (planning / scheduling / resource monitoring / progress management/ change management / Issues control / Project P/L control)
• Clarify each team member’s role, responsibility and delegate tasks to members.
• Join and take a apart of SS/PS/PG/PT/IT phases with team members
• Review the SS/PS/PG/PT/IT result of team members. Especially coding review.
• Do Customer approach. Join the presale activities if requested.
• Report to Project Manager and up-level.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Education level: at least University level graduated.
• Working experience: Over 5 years with Senior technical Engineer or IT leader position for Japanese customer oriented offshore project.
• At least 05 year experience in .NET programming and Core and Architectural building.
Skills
• Desired personal qualities: Good teamwork and good communication in Vietnamese and English/Japanese, New technical update
• Progress management skill, documentation skill and testing skill are required.
• Self-awareness and confidence
• Sense of responsibility, result-oriented and deadline commitment.
• Ready for Short time Onsite Support /Over sea biz trip if company request.
BENEFITS:
• Salary: $700 - $800 + Fix Bonus & Performance Bonus.
