Fresher Program
In line with our global mission to turn talent into value for the benefit of our clients, Harvey Nash Fresher Program aims to identify, build and develop young talents.
The Harvey Nash Fresher is like the first challenge of your career. By accepting the challenge, we believe you are at the beginning of your journey to be a technical expert in IT industry.
That’s why we want to attract the ambitious, passionate, and fresh graduates; and challenge them to take our typical and challenging assignments. Our slogan, “Are You UP for the CHALLENGE?” embodies this challenge to you.
What we offer?
- Challenging training schemes in soft & hard skills
- Curriculum balancing theory and practice
- Hands-on project assignment
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Long-term career with us after graduation
Who eligible to apply?
- Final year students major in IT
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Quick learners with teamwork and can-do attitude
- GPA of 7.0 out of 10 is a plus
When & where to work?
Location: Etown – 364 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District
Duration: 3 months
Date: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Development Program
Challenge 1: As a fresh graduate, while developing your hard skills is vital, you also look towards expanding your soft skill set at the same time. This session combines various activities to master your soft skills and team spirit. You will be learning to communicate, network, cooperate with your colleagues.
Challenge 2: Only a short list that pass challenge 1 access to this round. Challengers will be learning and applying technical knowledge through project works and on-the-job training. During the 2-month program, challengers are evaluated with feedback and coaching from mentors. A good performance result enhances the opportunity of a long-term career with Harvey Nash Vietnam after graduating from the program.
