Kwork Innovations is the Finnish specialist in upgrading web sites, increasing conversion and adding functionality by the means of addons and plugins. Kwork Innovations is part of Aalto University Start-up Center, Microsoft BizSpark program and Protomo / New Factory Startup Program, a member of Chamber of Commerce and Finnish Software Entrepreneurs Association among others.
Our offices are currently in Ruoholahti, Helsinki and in the center of Tampere. To boost our fast global growth, an office will be opened in Vietnam with long-term commitment. The Vietnam team will work closely with international developers in Finland through remote working tools.
We are now looking for 5-15 JS/UX developer consultants. These consultants will play a key role in our upcoming Vietnam office. Therefore, we firmly expect applicants to take the job seriously rather than a single freelance project.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
The most common assignments in this position include:
- JavaScript libraries & frameworks
- REST API’s
- JS with .NET
- Improving UX of websites
- Troubleshooting JavaScript code
- Web design
YÊU CẦU
We appreciate work experience, formal studies and self-study. The assignments require a fast learner who is interested in learning new API’s, techniques and technologies. This position requires moderate amount of learning new libraries and APIs.
The minimum requirements
- JavaScript
- Best practices in JS development
- JS library design considerations
- HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
- Photoshop
- Knowledge of web usability, UX and conversion optimization techniques
Knowledge of the followings is considered as a plus
- Microsoft .NET and C#
- Advanced software design and architecture
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics, such as Google Analytics
- Experience in working with e-commerce companies
- Experience in managing campaigns with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and other ad platforms.

As an international firm, English is our corporate language. You should feel comfortable with discussing and debating the above technologies and different approaches in English.
THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC
25 hours/week minimum, ideally 40 hours/week or possible to move on to a full-time contract.
