As selected candidates you will be offered 4-months professional training in our Talent Class - with salary, free lunch, free English course and other company outing activities. In addition, after training you have a great chance to become official employee of Axon Active, one of leading Agile software company in Vietnam.
Our Talent Class has been running for more than 4 years with about 7 graduated classes. It is designed for driving fresh graduates become full-stack Software Engineer which focuses on following most important aspects:
- Technical knowledge
- English communication
- Teamwork and other soft skills
- Agile software development & Scrum process
- Professional behavior for international working environment
The class is organized as a Scrum team with the real project as well as real customer. By doing Scrum methodology you will be involved in every development phases from getting requirement, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing and delivering. That’s how we drive you to be a full-stack developer.
You work directly with customer, you use English everyday for any kind of activities like meeting, communication, documentation, presentation or demonstration. You self-assign your task, you commit and be responsible for your working result.
In addition to what you learn from doing real project, we offer regularly training every week through the program. By working this way you can imagine how it’s efficient to improve your English and technical knowledge.
Expected candidates:
The 3rd, 4th-year students & fresh graduates in IT.
