Để giúp các bạn vạch ra con đường cho mình trong ngành IT trong 5-10 năm sau này. P.CTSV có mời công ty KMS tổ chức chương trình Counseling tại UIT từ 10:30-12:00 tại tầng 11 nhà E ngày thứ sáu 08/7 (ngày mai)
Đến với buổi Counseling các bạn sẽ được tư vấn:
- Mỗi bạn sẽ được 1-2 anh chị bên công ty tư vấn trong vòng 20 phút
- Hướng đi trong ngành CNTT thích hợp sở thích, năng khiếu với mỗi bạn
- Muốn đạt được một vị trí về CNTT trong 5-10 năm tới, bạn sẽ đi từng bước ra sao?

“The KMS Technology Career Counseling is a program that has been helping IT students with their career transitions. Using solid knowledge of the career decision-making process, our counselors help students make choices that enable them to utilize their talents and abilities to the fullest while increasing their career satisfaction.
Each student will have about 20 mins to talk with a counselor around these following topics:
• What is your career expectations?
• How to choose the right career path which fits their strengths and weaknesses?
• How to advance the career that they’ve chosen in the next 3-5 years?
• Any kind questions related to career development and personal growth are welcome.
At the end of each session, the counselor, and the student agree on some actionable items which can be reviewed next time. Students can come back to the next KMS Career Counseling session whenever they want. They can also follow up the counselor more with questions via email.”
