Training Content:
• Introduction to digital system design including combinational logic design, sequential circuit, computer arithmetic and digital system design; computer- aided design (CAD) methodologies and tools.
• CAD (computer-aided design) of digital system with emphasis on hardware description languages, logic synthesis,
• Also cover advanced topics in digital system design such as STA (static timing analysis), pipelining, memory system design and testing digital circuits.
Who can join the Internship:
• 3rd/4th Students who is studying Hardware – IC Design
• GPA: >7.0
• Know some Python, C-shell, Borne Shell, Sed., Perl
• Know "some" Boolean algebra, logic design optimization and analysis gate-level
• Know "some" Design of Flip-Flops (JK, SR, D, T) latch
• Know "some" state diagram, state machines and control sequence and data paths.
Profile of Mentor:
He is Randy Tran.
He is currently holding a position as an ASICs technical advisor for FPT.
He has been working on An ASICs industry for than 20 years. He has worked with several companies from NASA, Western Digital, Cirrus Logic, NEC Electronics and Omni vision. He is returning to VN and wants to contribute his ASICs knowledge to show and train all the young generation. He wants all of you to understand and to be able to design a complex ASICs system.
