    IT MANUFACTURING SERVICE DESK ENGINEER
    Job Description
    • IT Manufacturing Service Desk Engineer works in factory operation shift hours to resolve IT incidents escalated by telephone.
    • Integrate, test, install, configure, and support Factory automation systems.
    • Coordinate factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions.
    • Apply advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems.
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
    Successful candidates will have the opportunity to get exposure and master IT industry’s highly demanded IT Incident Management, Crisis Management processes and standards. On top of that, successful candidate have the opportunity to develop, expose and provide first level support to Intel’s latest automation systems and processes.

    Qualifications
    • Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
    • Willing to work in Compressed Work Week alternate day/night shift working hours.
    • Communication: Employ excellent written and verbal communications skills to translate customers' non-technical descriptions into technical diagnosis.
    • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills.
    • Customer Support: Promptly respond to customer escalation and request. Notify customers on known problems and/or issues and keep them updated as to the status and resolution.

    IT AUTOMATION ENGINEER
    Job Description
    • The primary role and core function of the IT Automation Engineer is to enable systems testing, system integration and sustaining (Keeping The Business Running) job functions.
    • Work on, both in Incident Management related to major incidents and critical and/or highly complex technical incidents, and Problem Management.
    • Drive continuous improvement of automation capabilities across different Manufacturing IT domains and provide cross-domain technical leadership in integrated problem solving between factory users and IT.
    As an Automation Engineer, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn and master the industry highly sought after integrations skill sets of IT factory automation system and factory manufacturing process functions, and manufacturing automation business process. On top of that, candidates will also have the chance to expose and learn up on project management skills and the opportunity to be exposed with the latest technology, and capabilities in the industry.

    Qualifications
